Body Research - the confusion continues.

It seems I'm not the only one who is struggling to find the March version of Danabol DS. So far their have been no reported sightings in the wild.

March just posted this pic of their new stanozol tabs called "Stanozolol" ( a very original name ) on BOS.

I started thinking about this situation and realised it doesn't really add up.

Body Research were the first on the market with both Danabol DS and Stanol ( and several other products including Bonalone, Bonavar etc ) they came up with the names and the packaging design ( which March now claims as theirs ) around 2004 ( I'm not 100% about the year they began ).

When the "Manufactured by March" info first appeared on BR's labels we all assumed they had contracted production to a legit company ( March ) to avoid local legal problems. I find it very hard to believe that March's info appeared on BR's labels without their knowledge or consent for several years.

If March had no production deal with BR then it looks like they are the ones copying BR's products rather than the other way round ( even if they have managed to legally register their copycat versions with Thailand's FDA ).

The same fate also seems to have met BR's two injectables Cypionax and Testolix which are now made and Thai FDA registered by TP Drug but still use BR's product names and pack designs.

The idea that two independent legit companies ( March and TP ) decide to start copying Body Research's products just doesn't seem very likely to me. The owners of BR probably didn't care who made the products for them as long as the cost was acceptable and they had something to sell.

You have to wonder if March's recent announcement is to cover their tracks over working with BR for all these years ( due to an investigation into exports of Danabol DS something March claims they have never done ) or is simply a result of their relationship having gone sour ?

March Pharmaceuticals manufacturer of Danabol DS claims all recent Body Research versions are fake.

IF YOU WANT REAL DIANABOL EMAIL REDDEVILSLIST@GMAIL.COM

A poster claiming to represent Thailand's March Pharmaceutical Company posted the following message and pictures :-

"Body Research does not distribute Danabol DS.

March Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd is the sole distributor as you can see on the Thai FDA website.

Buyer beware any bottle of Danabol DS with a Body Research logo and ("Distributed by Body Research") is a counterfeit of March Pharmaceutical's registered/licensed product.

March Pharmaceutical does not export products outside Thailand.
Counterfeit Danabol DS can be found worldwide and even at pharmacies inside Thailand.

Since counterfeit product are not controlled/regulated by any agencies there is no telling what active ingredients or the amount they contain."

This is an interesting story as I've yet to see the 'real' March version of Danabol DS on sale in any Thai pharmacys nor do I recall ever seeing a picture of one of their tubs posted on any forum or site until now.

I presume this means current Body Research branded versions of Cypionax and Testolic may also be fake. I'll of course be taking a closer look next time I'm in Thailand and picking up samples.

Ret sentenced to SIX and a half years in a Russian prison.

The original machine translation was nearly unreadable so I've edited it a little.

"Today 'Judge Mikhail Throw' of the Moscow City Court sentenced a gang of five people found guilty of attempted smuggling and trafficking of anabolic steroids.

Dmitry Koshuba a long time bodybuilder fromed the gang to smuggled anabolic steroids into the United States where these substances are illegal.

Dmitry Koshuba began by recruiting his friend Vladimir Matyukov. Later they were joined by Sergei Degtyarev and Elena Tsymbal, under the leadership of Dmitry and Vladimir the gang engaged in the transport, packaging and packing of anabolic steroids.

Dmitri Koshuba has been sentenced to a 6 years and 6 months imprisonment to be served in a colony, Vladimir Matyukov - 5 years and 6 months of a general regime colony, Sergei Dyagterevu - 5 years of general regime, Elena Tsymbal - 4 years and 6 months general regime. Defendant Andrei Borovkov however was acquitted."

Will the real Desma please stand up.

The pic above was one of many posted by a user called Cerberus.

As you have probably noticed there are major visual differences between the three different groups of ampules shown in the pic.
( size, colour of liquid, printing etc )

If you consider yourself a Desma expert it's time for you to join the debate and help him work out which famous forum sponsor is currently selling fakes.

"Underground Anabolics" book available in early December.

The steroid samples examined during the making of UNDERGROUND ANABOLICS were done so at a DEA licensed analytical laboratory. The steroids were subject to a total of five specific lab tests, each of which can tell us something about its quality and assembly. The details of these individual lab tests are discussed below.
  • Aerobic Plate Count is a measure of general sanitary quality. It quantifies the amount of bacteria found in the product, but does not identify the bacteria type. The steroid solution is placed on a general purpose medium, and the bacteria is quantified as the number of “colony forming units” per each gram of material.
  • Karl Fisher Water is a test that measures the percentage of water in a solution. While not inherently of concern, high water content in an oil-based steroid can reflect unfavorable manufacturing conditions, such as the exposure of the solution or hygroscopic (water absorbing) raw materials to unfiltered air.
  • Heavy Metals testing will determine the content (by weight) of toxic metals in the product such as lead, mercury, and arsenic.
  • pH is a unit of measure for determining if a liquid is acidic, neutral, or basic (alkaline). An ideal pH is generally considered to be between 4 and 7. Solutions with a high or low pH may cause significant irritation in the muscle tissues at the site of injection.
  • Chromatographic Purity is a gas chromatograph test designed to identify all major constituents of the product including the active drug, oily carriers, solvents, co-solvents, other antimicrobial agents, and impurities. This test essentially gives us a wide spectrum analysis of what is present in the steroid solution. It also provides a rough quantification of the active steroid concentration, although some deviation is expected from more accurate assay-based testing.

Open Letter to Alin (Balkan) from William Llewelyn / BodyofScience.com

"Alin,

Regardless off your actions, the results of our lab tests will not change. They will reflect the quality of your company. I hope for your sake that you have been working as hard at quality control as you claim. I don't have the results yet, but am told reports will be in next week.

Readers should know that Balkan pharmaceuticals has been (BY FAR, LEAPS AND BOUNDS OVER ALL OTHER LABS) the most difficult company to deal with since this book was announced. Most labs have been cooperative. Even those with issues on early bacteria tests have generally been very willing to assist us or even address report issues. Not Alin. Instead, this is how he deals with us.

1) While most other labs refused also, Alin, having professed to us privately many times to have the best QC in the business, refused to send in any samples for testing even though we had a strong open dialog. Even though he would have had total control over when he sent, he sent nothing. We had to get from the black market, like most.

2) Alin tried to convince us to let his private lab do all the testing for the book. We refused for obvious reasons.

3) We were very quickly offered a lucrative advertising contract to remove Balkan from the UG book. We refused.

4) Alin next spent a great deal of time emailing us questioning our testing methods. We have not even released any reports, but he had been complaining relentlessly that they cannot be accurate.

5) It has since become very ugly. Alin has continued to email, threatening to expose us for taking bribes, running underground labs, many things that are completely untrue and very insulting. Many of these same accusations later appeared on other blogs, crediting "anonymous sources" for the information. It is very clear to me that he wants to discredit us and our efforts before they are even released.

6) He's threatened to expose our private personal information.

7) He has threatened to retaliate legally and otherwise if he doesn't agree with what we say in the book.

8) While I cannot prove Alin was behind it, our site was closed from a DoS attack. The most active country of attack was Moldova.

I just want to make sure, Alin, that you are aware that your behavior has no effect on the book. No matter how insulting you may be, it will not change my ability to publish an impartial book. If your company is good, the reports will show this. But with all this behavior, I am very concerned you know already there will be problems. I hope I am wrong.

I have been the direct subject to his hostile emails and attacks for weeks, and am getting tired of it. I will not let Alin effect my impartiality. If I did, he would in effect get a victory. So, I can just complain about it. Which I will continue to do for as long as you keep up this shit.

I will post the truth Alin, you can try and discredit me with lies. We'll see who people support in the end."

Interesting Axio discussion on Body of Science.

It's nice to see that Axio reps are being brave and responding to criticism on a forum where they are not protected by the moderators for a change.

GeneSci-China.co m we're pretty sure it's a SCAM !

A B.O.S member using the user name TurkMuscle posted the following warning yesterday "

"Warning to all people. There are a scammers from the website GENESCI-CHINA.c o m which are send now emails that seem to come from official Jintropin but is just a internet scam they send you a pricelist with very low prices and sign the emails as former well known real GEN LEI workers. In end ask for Western Union and scam the money. Be careful with this."

So we decided to do a little investigation of our own.

The Chinese language "gensci.com.c n" site links to "www.gensci-china.c o m" not the impersonator "genEsci-china.c o m"

The original GeneScience domain name "gensci-china.com" was created in 1998 and hosted in China by Nihao.net ( a legit Chinese hosting company ).

a month later the Chinese language .cn version was created.

The domain is registered to this address :-

Tianhe Street,Changchun High-Tech
Developing Zone,Changchun
Changchun, JL 130012
China

All the legit "gensci-china.c o m" info can be verified on the company's EChinaBio page.

Plus if we check the original "www.gensci-china.c o m" on Archive.org we can see the site has been up for a long time.

The impersonator's domain name "genEsci-china.com" was created in 2008 and hosted by Thankyouhost.c o m ( a host with no valid contact info run by a 'James Bond' in Texas ) . The domain name itself was purchased via SnapNames.com ( a company that specialises in auctioning expired domain names primarily so you can inherit traffic intended for the original site's owner )

The domain is registered to this address :-

72 Tianhe st., Changchun
\r
t Changchun
Jinlin,
CN

( 72 Tianhe Street is correct but note how many typos / errors there are )

None of the links on the impersonator's site are currently working so if they are scamming it must be through the use of email as TurkMuscle suggested.

There are no google search results for jintropin06@yahoo.c o m.

We did find that prior to Operation Raw Deal someone using the name "jack edwards" jintropin05@yahoo.com made frequent posts on the LEF forums.

If we check the impersonator "www.genesci-china.com" on Archive. org we can see the site has suspiciously chosen not to be archived.

0 pages found.

Sorry, no matches.

It seems most likely to us that http://www.genEsci-china.c o m/ is a classic middle man scam.

That's where someone creates a fake site but uses the payment info / prices of a real source.

They begin by taking orders and having the payments collected and orders filled by the real source. Once they have established a good rep and the public thinks the impersonator's site is legit they change their payment info and continue to collect funds, of course at this stage product is no longer sent to customers.

This type of scam is amongst the worst because quite often the legit source who is being impersonated ends up getting blamed.

There's about a 0.0001 % chance TurkMuscle and myself are wrong about
http://www.genEsci-china.com/ if that is the case then I will of course remove this post ( I don't expect to have to though )

Update : We've just discovered the impersonator has even managed to get his scam site genEsci-china.c om listed on Jintropin's Wikipedia entry :-(

The scam may be cleverer than we originally thought according to TurkMuscle's lates B.O.S post

"That's not the problem fact is now the scammers from genesci-china.com have gathered access to real GenSci email and sent priceoffers to all their contact of the real GenSci and sign emails as real GenSci employees and scam people. Be aware."

Sounds like they may have managed to trick a a real GenSci employee into installing a trojan horse or have simply brute forced the real GenSci's passwords.

William Llewellyn defends his reputation on Body Of Science's forums.

"This has been discussed before. We took advertising like all sites on the net. I gave the go-ahead for registered companies. Someone made a mistake and took AXIO. I closed drug advertising immediately after the first contracts were up. THAT IS IT! No ownership, no conspiracy theory, no pay under the table to shift test results. This is fucking insulting!"

"I make a fairly good living with Molecular Nutrition. I sell the most popular AAS book in history, with 7 separate editions in print since 2000. I patented perhaps the most effective muscle building nutrient yet introduced (arachidonic acid), and am making very good sales throughout the major chain stores."

"Do you really think I would jeopardize all this so that I can take some extra cash from criminal operations overseas? "

"BTW - I think what is happening here is pretty obvious. I think I am upsetting certain drug dealers with my pending book. I expected this project would make me some enemies. But I want the public to understand, once and for all, what the underground market really is."

"I am sure these attacks from newly-registered users will increase after the book is released."

Anticipation for the book is growing, do we have a launch date yet ?

William Llewellyn issues statement on the use of Underground Steroids.

"I just want to make a very clear statement as to my position on the use of Underground Steroids. This forum is public and uncensored barring our rules for dealing drugs and improper behavior. There is often a lot of discussion about this or that underground lab. How excellent the products are, and how they are perfectly pure etc. etc. I want to make sure everyone reading understands what underground steroids really are.

Underground labs are illegal unlicensed operations. It is not possible for these labs to directly purchase bulk pharmaceutical quality steroids to package for the public. Very few, if any, have the resources to obtain true USP (99+% tested pure) materials. Fewer still would spend the money on these materials even if they could obtain them, as they are very expensive.

Instead, underground labs obtain their drugs (99%) from unlicensed Chinese brokers. The thing you need to understand about China is that it has a strong regulated drug market. The U.S. buys a lot of real drugs from China. HOWEVER - The steroids we are talking about are very very rarely produced at pharmaceutical facilities.

The VAST MAJORITY of bulk steroids coming from China are produced in chemical companies. Imagine if you will a company that makes pesticides, synthetic dyes, or other manufacturing-level chemicals, and one day said, "You know what, we can make steroids in here if we want". These chemical companies are not licensed to produce drugs, and do not have to comply with even the minimal of GMP guidelines. They are not inspected. Rarely do they have the capacity to produce very pure products. Still, they very often do produce drugs. In fact, it is estimated that HALF of all drugs sold in China come from this illegal chemical market. This number is significantly higher with anabolic steroids.

It doesn't matter how much you filter a solution. Many things can pass through a .22-micro screen. If you are making drugs with impure steroid APIs, you will produce underground steroids that are impure.

While I concede that there are many underground products of acceptable (safe) purity, the market at its core is completely unregulated, and feeds off a completely unregulated supply chain of rouge chemical companies.

So, in short, it is my opinion now, as it as been for a very long time, that consumers:

SHOULD NOT KNOWINGLY USE UNDERGROUND ANABOLIC STEROIDS"

William Llewellyn responds to Axio Labs Chief Scientist .

"There is definitely water in ours." ( referring to the Axio vials they've tested )

"This reminds me of an episode of 30 Rock. Remember when Jack went to work for the government, and complained about the huge gaping hole in the roof dumping water into the office? The guy in his office produced a federal study "proving" there wasn't actually any leak in the roof."

"I don't want everyone to just dump on AXIO. Water is just that, water. We are not saying AXIO is a dangerous line or anything to that extent. The hardest thing for any lab to control is the quality of the raw powders. If AXIO is buying pharm quality materials, it will show in the results. A little moisture isn't good, but doesn't necessarily mean the product is dangerous. We need to see final test results to know anything for certain."

"And BTW - I don't want to nitpick semantics, but UG labs cannot possibly be GMP. At best you could be working with a contract facility in a developing country that tries to follow GMP guidelines, which is an unofficial attempt to produce like a U.S. company. Even some of the registered companies selling their products in pharmacies in Asia don't produce their drugs to true GMP standards."

"Underground" and "GMP" should never be used in the same sentence."

The thread on Body Of Science's forums has not been added to in the last few days so it looks like Bill W has had the final word.

We're of course really looking forward to the launch of new Body of Science UG book and I'm sure the owners and reps of UGLs around the world are already preparing their excuses.

Axio Labs Chief Scientist responds to "water in vials" claims.

"I as the chief scientist of Axio labs went thoroughly over the complaint describing potential of water found in our products of the following batch numbers:

Testaplex50 Batch# TV6R58
TestaplexP 100 Batch#TV7R29
Decaplex 275 Batch# TV7R18
Sustaplex Batch# TV7R12
TestaplexC200 Batch# TV7"
TestaplexE 250 Batch# TV6R97

We have very strict protocols of production. Actually all our procedures follow strict pharmaceutical manufacturing guidelines. We do not spare efforts and investment at any stages of production. Every product, instruments, and analytical tests are monitored three (3) times throughout the entire process.

We are sampling at every stage and we keep those samples for future validation. As in this case we went back and retested EVERTHING possible from raw material to final product of the following batch numbers as well as samples of many other batches.

Testaplex50 Batch# TV6R58
TestaplexP 100 Batch#TV7R29
Decaplex 275 Batch# TV7R18
Sustaplex Batch# TV7R12
TestaplexC200 Batch# TV7"
TestaplexE 250 Batch# TV6R97

For this reason it took some time to respond as we needed all the data necessary to answer these allegations. We insist that there is NO water in our product (and with our HPLC –MS UV detector we need no Carl Fischer titration test…) GMP procedures approved by quality control and assurance deliver the best product possible. The Chromatographic behavior of anabolic steroids using micellar mobile phases is been practiced. Chromatographic procedure for the determination of anabolic steroids fingerprints in pharmaceuticals is a common procedure.

The sample preparation step is simple, since the pharmaceuticals were easily dissolved in the SDS medium. The accompanying compounds were eluted at the head of the chromatogram due to the large eluent strength of the mobile phase. At that phase we could early detect any sign of water. The values found agreed with those declared by the USP and were reproducible.

It is not possible scientifically for this to occur as already stated, we do not use water at any stage of production. All mixing containers are cleaned dried and validated. GMP procedures will not allow any kind of moisture (let alone WATER!).Special “Minisart with hygroscopic properties Are attached to nozzles used for suction and filling.

Carefully selecting the oily media we can insure complete incorporation and precise integration among the raw material(s) and the excipients used to enhance affectivity and decrease side effects. Water inside the solution can not pass any of our analytical tests and the final product is retested before being assigned our batch number.

One can think of many forms that water inside oily saturated solution will be reflected but we found none of those in our parallel testing. Because we are a GMP lab we take very seriously these allegations. As I understand no one else of this batch or any other has found water in the product.

Even as a mistake it could not happen that water may appear in the product since all the raws are anhydrous. We can assure all readers, using our products that you are using superior products which are safe, carefully prepared and effective."

( the thread on Body Of Science is still going strong )

Axio reps throwing some big figures around in BOS debate.

If these figures are true Axio's retail online outlets must be turning over close to a million USD a month.

"People out there now whats true and what isn't... this water issue is a joke! Thousands of vials are sold daily... we would have heard about it!"

"1 order of var out of 500,000 tabs that we just sold out of today"

"Again you are the only one out of 100k tabs that say's so."

Those figures will of course be a red flag to any LE on the forum.

Axio product samples spark debate on BOS.

William Llewellyn author of Anabolics 2009 and owner of BodyofScience.com writes :

"AXIO felt strongly enough about their line to provide us samples. This is a very good sign. However, half of the samples AXIO provided us for testing were contaminated with water. You could see it immediately when you shake the vials up."

"This is just water and not necessarily "pollution", mind you. I am NOT SAYING AXIO IS DIRTY OR DANGEROUS."

and in a later post that followed a series of denials by known Axio fans :

"I'd like to hear more. If this is not consistent, then I am going to assume AXIO sent us samples that were not from production lots.

I don't want to make assumptions yet though. Let's see what others report. We still have AXIO taken from the black market to test."

I suspect William Llewellyn and Ronny T's new Undeground Lab themed book will be in high demand when it launches later this year !
