Australian domestic steroid lab busted on Gold Coast.

A 28-year-old man has been charged after police seized 1000 vials of steroids from a Gold Coast home allegedly used a laboratory. Detectives from the Major and Organised Crime Squad raided the La Scala Street home in the Isle of Capri about 7.30am on Tuesday, where they uncovered equipment said to be used in a "sophisticated" steroid production. Police said 1000 vials of steroids were also uncovered in the raid. Advertisement A 28-year-old man has been charged with the possession of human growth hormones and the production of human growth hormones. He is expected to face Southport Magistrates Court on January 15, 2013. A 31-year-old woman is also assisting police with their investigations.
