Juice driving ends in arrest.

A Fairfield man was charged with possession of anabolic steroids Sunday night. Thomas Schultz, 21, of Brookside Drive was arrested after the substance was found in his car during a traffic stop, police say.

Police stopped Schultz for running a stop sign near the intersection of Churchill Street and Kings Highway at about 11 p.m. Sunday. During the stop, the officer saw a plastic bag containing five small jars of suspected anabolic steroids. An electronic scale with a white residue was also found in the car, police say.

Schultz was charged with five counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. He is due in court on April 16.
