in the eyes of the govt the consumer is the victim so relax. whether the stores or all the way up to the manufacture gets busted is uncertain

IMO the FDA might just try to test the waters to see if they can get convictions despite there being clear laws out there.

In a way I'm kinda surprised PA doesn't want to keep a lower profile, I do however find his comments on current events very interesting.
