Domestic UG lab busted in Kentucky.

"As part of a 20 month investigation into the distribution of anabolic steroids in Hopkins and surrounding counties, the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office arrested Adam W. Parker 35 of Dawson Springs for the Trafficking in Controlled Substance-2nd Degree (Anabolic Steroids) on October 1, 2009.

The investigation included a search warrant at Parker’s residence where in excess of 150 vials of anabolic steroids and items used in the manufacture and distribution of controlled substances, records, US currency, records and a loaded handgun were also seized."

"Authorities say Parker was distributing anabolic steroids in Hopkins and surrounding counties.

"One of our major concerns was keeping it out of the high schools, to enhance the performance of younger athletes," Detective Shawn Bean said.

The investigation is on going and authorities say more charges and more arrests are likely."
