Australian Rugby Club prop banned for prohormone online purchase.

"Troy was initially cleared by the Australian Rugby Union because he had not collected the drugs from Australian Customs and it had not been proven that the intercepted drugs were indeed what the packaging said they were. Customs had seized one package addressed to Troy from the United Kingdom containing ''one sealed container said to contain 21 packets of testosterone-1 a mixture of Androstenes'' in February, 2006. The second package, intercepted in August 2006, was addressed to the player from the United States containing ''one bottle x 100 capsules of DHEA 200 containing 200mg dehydropepiandrosterone per capsule''.

Troy had told ASADA: ''I acknowledge that I may have been naive to order [over the internet] but did so in good faith with no intention of using any prohibited substance. However at no time did I have possession of such items due to them being seized by Australian Customs.''
