Hawkins County, Tennessee man accused of intent to manufacture steroids.

"A Hawkins County man allegedly found earlier this year in possession of directions and ingredients for making steroids was named last week in a 10-count grand jury indictment

Jeffery Allen Delph, 37, 128 McCloud Church Road, Rogersville, was arrested on Feb. 26 during a traffic stop by Tennessee Highway Patrol Trooper Christie Osborne.

Delph was the owner of the vehicle, and although he was a passenger at the time of the traffic stop, he allegedly admitted that everything found in the car with the exception of the driver’s purse belonged to him.

Among those possessions were a bag in the trunk in which Osborne allegedly found vials of several ingredients used in the manufacture of anabolic steroids and directions to make steroids.

The vehicle also allegedly contained needles and filters used in the manufacturing process."
