Canadian health store owner avoids record after martial arts steroid bust.

"The owner of a North Vancouver health food store escaped without a criminal record but was told by a judge to write a public letter outlining the dangers of taking steroids after he pleaded guilty to selling the drugs from his shop."

"Joao Melo, 28, was handed a conditional discharge and 18 months probation Friday after pleading guilty to six charges of selling the controlled drugs from his shop in Lower Lonsdale."
