"The UIL Anabolic Steroid Testing Report for the spring semester of the 2008-09 school year has been released by the UIL. The statistical report of the testing program that took place between January 2009 and May 2009 includes information such as the total number of tests conducted, the number of positive results and the breakdown of student-athletes tested by sport and gender.
Of the 16,260 tests conducted, there were eight (8) confirmed positive results and one (1) unresolved test result. The unresolved result was reported from the laboratory with Testosterone: Epitestosterone (T:E) ratios greater than 6:1."
