"On May 30 at 6:09 p.m. police stopped a vehicle on Arlington Street by Arsenal Street whose owner had a drug-related warrant. Justin M. Deprospo, 24, of 10 Merrill Road was arrested on the warrant. He was also charged with distributing a Class E drug (steroids), subsequent offense, as there were large amounts of steroids inside his vehicle."
