"In March 2009, a tipster told deputies that Vickers had ordered a large amount of steroid pills and vials from Poland. The caller said the drugs would be shipped through the United States Postal Service.
Investigators teamed up with the Arkansas Postal Inspector and the International Service Center, or Customs office in New York to track down the package. It turns out the order had been stuck in Customs since February 2009, but Vickers re-ordered more steroids and they arrived at the Marion Post Office on April 16, 2009."
