Thailand declares state of emergency again.

I'd be very suprised if the Thai postal system is currently running as most major roads and rail links are blocked. I would not suggest buying from any Thai based sources until things return to normal. Let's hope the protesters don't take over Bangkok's international Airports like they did last year. During last year's state of emergency a large percentage of outgoing international packages vanished without trace and I would expect the same thing to happen again.
