The sting was part of a four-year-long investigation into Balkan Criminal Enterprises. The international crime ring trafficked drugs, weapons and other contraband through Buena, Atlantic City, Ocean City and other New Jersey towns, authorities said.
Federal authorities announced charges Wednesday against 26 people accused of running an international narcotics ring that also trafficked in steroids, untaxed cigarettes and counterfeit merchandise.
