Yet another unsafe online payment system ?

Russian police have arrested a 20 year old hacker who developed a tool for stealing cash from other people's WebMoney accounts. Fearing he would eventually get caught he instead developed his idea into a a product that he could sell to other less technically minded criminals for several hundred doallrs per copy. Police estimate he had sold at least fifty copies prior to his arrest.
