"Fraudster Jan Nowak is facing a stiff jail sentence - after being caught selling Viagra mixed with cement dust. Police have charged him with 90 cases of medical fraud after smashing his Internet pharmacy racket in Elk, Poland.
Nowak - now facing eight years in jail - had been flogging the 5 GBP-a-time pills for two years.
"We're contacting all his previous customers to warn them but some of them are going to be pretty embarrassed about coming forward," said a police spokesman."
