A former Immigration Enforcement agent pleaded guilty on Monday to distributing steroids.
Richard Eldridge, 36, of West Seneca was one of three people caught last year and charged with distributing anabolic steroids. Prosecutors say Eldridge distributed the steroids while working for Immigration and Customs Enforcement at the Buffalo Federal Detention Facility in Batavia.
Eldridge pleaded guilty on Monday and could face ten years in prison when he's sentenced in July.
