Irish bodybuilder gets controlled steroids delivery.

A Newburgh man has been arrested by the URGENT task force on felony charges of criminal diversion of prescription medication. The Office of Homeland Security Investigations and URGENT received information that a suspicious package was scheduled to be delivered to 349 Orchard Road in Highland. Police went there, seized anabolic steroids and arrested Elliot Rios, of 8 Maplewood Drive in Newburgh on Friday afternoon. Rios, 32, was also charged with misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was arraigned and released on an appearance ticket.
